Please check your goods carefully as soon as you receive your order, as claims on broken/damaged goods or discrepancies will be only be considered within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If you have received goods that are damaged or broken, please email us photographs of the relevant items, along with a clear description of the problem, your company details, and your invoice number. Your claim will be investigated by our orders department before a credit note is issued.
Please do not return goods via personal delivery, post or courier, without prior arrangement via email with our orders department.
